I found Troy to be well informed in his knowledge of the market in South Auckland, even though his home office is on the North Shore! He went beyond expectations and offered to paint the street side fence so that the photos looked better in the marketing. He did his research and approached neighbours to see if they were interested before we went to market so the whole process was as stress free as possible for the tenants.
